Full Facility
MAIN FABRICATION BAY
• Plot Area: 215,000 Sq.ft
• Carbon Steel Bay of 60 x 20 m with 50 Ton crane handling capacity
• Stainless Steel Bay of 60 x 20 m with 25 Ton crane handling capacity (3 Nos)
BLASTING BOOTH
• Enclosed blast room of size 8m x 15m x 8m height. Automatic Steel Grit recycling system.
Painting Booth
• Paint Booth-1: Enclosed paint booth of size 8m x 15m x 10m height. The paint booth is enclosed with forced draft ventilation and a provision for a 10-ton crane.
• Paint Booth-2: Enclosed paint booth of size 10m x 20m x 10m height. Paint booth is enclosed with forced draft ventilation.
COMPREHENSIVE MACHINE SHOP
• Machine shop is suitable for doing most of the internal jobs with a covered area of 1600 Sq. m
• Forklifts and movable cranes for fabrication and assembly in open yard.
FABRICATION SHOP
• Open fabrication area of size 22 x 90 m with 10-ton handling facility and mobile crane access.
• Rolling capacity: Plate rolling machine which can handle up to 90 mm thickness.
• Welding process: SAW, GTAW, FCAW, SMAW
• Non-destructive testing: In-house facility for DPT and MPI. RT and UT did by qualified agencies.
• Office block for administration and operations. Provision of office space for clients or third-party inspectors.
• 600 Sq. m. of the covered store in two locations.
• Vast open storage area and well maintained material traceability records.
